I know I’ve got allergies, but today something is getting all crazy in my nostrils. I lost count at around 40 sneezes. Perhaps today’s greatest accomplishment being 14 consecutive sneezes. Had to take a nap-ola after that one. But, I mean come on, how does this madness occur? Allergens, pollens, trees, weeds, grassy nulls – they’re always out there, but some days it just delves deep into the senses and… WHA-POW sneeze madness.

The Importance of Sneezing Earnest
You know…. there is something to be said about sneezing into the wild (which by the way is a solid movie). When I’m out there in the wilderness just sneezin’ away with no abandonment it’s invigorating. No tissues. No hands over nose. No turning one’s head to avoid sneezing in one’s face. There’s a refreshing quality about raising your arms high, and just sneezing out a gargantuan AAACHOOOOOOOOOO into the wild.

Stir Fry – Wok it up or else March 19, 2008

Stir fry without a wok is just plain nonsense! Sadly, for years I cooked my stir fry wok-less, until I received a most excellent wok this past Christmas. The difference is unbelievable. Not only do the veggies, sauces and oil just glide around, but the mere depth of the wok itself is phenomenal. Even better its equipped with with a grip on the end so you can swoosh and flip the treats all-about.

Wok-Man Reminisce
I remember my pre-wok days – bleak yet youthful. I’d pan-fry the dins with hints of olive oil, oregano and mucho, mucho garlic salt. Those were the days when I’d follow recipes 1,2,3 and often come out with some edible delights.  Even though there were many fan fav’s, I just couldn’t seem to find my own flav for the fav’s…

I can answer that… kind of… (I’m learning all kinds of stuff this week.) Ok, let’s say your team at work is swamped. The projects keep rolling in, deadlines keep getting tighter, and there is no end in sight. (I know this all too well, and some days it drives me crazy at the office.) You’ve got bright, hard-working employees, but something is missing. What? A helpful set of tools that combine strategy with technology, and help promote efficiency – Lean Sigma Six. That’s just the basic gist, but another lucrative business plan to say the least.

I’m thinking of entering the world of IT… Thinking of… I mean it’s a lucrative field, right? The opportunities are vast and endless, right? I guess what really got me thinking in this direction started off with the search for a new phone. It’s time for one with a key pad. I text boundless amounts, and the vintage version just doesn’t cut it anymore…

From Cell Phones to Virtual Servers
Anyways, as I started boppin’ around the Web I came across a rather intriguing piece of technology – virtual servers. These virtual servers, which I had never even heard of until yesterday, combine e-mail, programs and various other slices of data and valuable info. I just thought the concept was cool… and the Web site got me thinking… perhaps I’ll take a night class about Web design, or IT something.

Check it out. It’s an easy read – www.networks2000.com

It’s just about time for dins in these parts and ground turk is on the menu… but what do I accompany it with? I’ve narrowed it down to a few of the usual combinations,  but I’m eager to try something new and tasty.  Typically I’ll go pasta and meat sauce, or tacos or a lame approach at a turk stroganoff… or maybe get maddddd crazy with it and mesh together all three combos.  Never ever turkey burgers though.  They make a poor patty and just ooze through the grill.  Ground sirloin 93/7 or angus is the only the way to go.  Hmmm maybe I’ll just grab a burger…
